Due to the large tonnage of mechanical engineering and harsh working conditions and other factors, in the early stage, construction machinery and agricultural machinery adopt an air/liquid boosting braking system, that is, compressed air is used as the boosting medium. This system has mature technology and is widely used in China. However, with the development of technology, the defects of this system, such as the need for a separate compressed air source, a large number of components, large size, the need for two sets of air and liquid systems, loud noise during exhaust, and the influence of dust inhalation during exhaust on the sealing performance, gradually become apparent. In order to solve these problems, foreign construction machinery manufacturers have comprehensively transformed their exhaust systems and adopted full hydraulic braking systems. The principle of the full hydraulic braking system is to use hydraulic oil as the medium to transmit braking force, borrow the hydraulic system of the complete machine as the power oil source, and implement braking through hydraulic control components, thus solving the above-mentioned deficiencies of the pneumatic boosting system.
